"I want you to know how much I have appreciated the great service and help that Ray Pietz has given me in the last month or so. I was very dissatisfied with the service I had received from the clinic that originally sold me and serviced my CPAP machine. Ray helped me get my original machine repaired, and did so offering me the chance to get an estimate first; whereas the other clinic would not. He provided me with a loaner, and made sure that it was set and working properly. When I asked about batteries so that I could take a machine into the Boundary Waters on a canoe trip, he saw to that. Through it all he has been a pleasure to work with; and he really seems to 'know his stuff.'"

And what can top the cake other than Ann working with my insurance company to get me a new machine when we found out it won’t be easy to get a download from the machine Sound Sleep gave me.
